September 8, 2009 - Team met to discuss upcoming year.
October 16, 2009 - Team began to survey members.
November 16, 2009 - Team began rough outline of proposals.
January 7, 2010 - Team read through our final proposal.
January 14, 2010 - Team & Board went over rules of Negotiations Process, presented proposals, and answered questions.
January 25, 2010 - Team outlined responses to their proposals, prepared for counter proposals.
January 28, 2010 - Team attended County Collective Bargaining Workshop Dinner in Teaneck.
February 3, 2010 - Team/Board had lengthy discussion of proposals.
February 8, 2010 - Team planed for next step in process
February 17, 2010 - Co-Chairs meeting with Superintendent.
February 18, 2010 - Team/Board scheduled to meet.
March 10 - Team members attended County Collective Bargaining Workshop Dinner in Teaneck.
March 18 - Impasse declared by MEA. Will be assigned a mediator through PERC
March 24 - Team members attended County Legislative dinner in Garfield
April 15 - Team met to discuss legislative changes.
April 21 - Co-Chairs met with Superintendant and Business Administrator--discussed some possible solutions.
April 26 - Team met to come up with outside the box scenarios.
April 29 - Team members attended County Collective Bargaining Workshop Dinner in Teaneck.
May 6 - Team/Board scheduled to meet.
May 12 -Language Committee met with Board Representative
May 14 - Health Committee met with Board Representatives
May 17 - Teachers Committee met with Negotiations Co-Chairs
May 18 - Negotiators and MEA members attend Town Council Meeting
June 16 - "Meet the Mediator" - Team met with Mediator and Board from 7PM until 2AM Both sides agreed to another session.
July 27 - Negotiations Team met at Summer Leadership
Aug 6 - Numbers Committee met
